traveled the furthest distance to attend a Lodge meeting? It is of course Bro. Ray Fincham who traveled
from W.Bro.
Bob Spence is now our Immediate Past Master. We held our Informal Ladies Night on
Saturday 29 May 2010 when Bob's wife, Lesley, made a Charity Appeal on behalf
of 'Gumboots' which is a South African charity. As a result we were able to
make a donation of £665. The evening was most enjoyable with the musical
entertainment being provided by W.Bro. Andy Peate and Yolande. We have
now exceeded the target of £9400 set for the Lodge with the 2012 Festival
Appeal and look forward to receiving the 'special' gavel as a result. We will
of course continue to raise further contributions for this worthy cause. On the
19 October 2010 Bro. Jeremy Jackson was installed as our Worshipful Master. We
Initiated Bro. Thomas Cheffings at our meeting held on 16 November 2010. Our
Christmas Party was held at USEFUL
